Ehsan takes his share of the production, coordination and management, working with the others on everything the group has going on.
The musicians, the day to day, the live nights and the agreements that come with them. None of it is the part anybody watches, and all of it is the reason a project is ready when it is supposed to be.
He thinks everybody here has a job to do and that the job gets shared out or it does not get done, which is roughly what the rest of them think too. His half of it happens on and off the stage in about equal measure.
While the group carries on writing and playing, he works with the others towards the thing they all want, which is to make something worth having made.
