Faiza works with Arslan, Sana, Ali and Ehsan on the side of this that nobody photographs. Production, the musicians, how a live night actually gets arranged, and the agreements underneath it.
It is the part that happens before the first note and carries on after the last one. Making sure the people involved in a project have what they need, and that the arrangements behind a concert are settled rather than assumed.
How the group works is mostly a matter of people talking to each other, so she puts a lot into that: sharing what she is thinking, listening to what everybody else is, and backing them while the thing gets made.
Her being here is the argument the group makes out loud about itself. The voices on a song are not the only people who made it.
